Manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel, this T-head terminal features a flanged head at one end and a hollow cylindrical barrel at the other. It is designed for press swaging onto suspension cables, allowing it to slide smoothly along wall or ceiling tracks as a load-bearing slider. The low-profile head ensures the hardware stays visually invisible.
Hydraulic swaging machines or manual swaging tools are required to secure this terminal to the wire rope, forming a permanent mechanical bond.
Ideal for lightweight hanging applications including linear LED lights, banners, art displays, ceiling panel grids, and acoustic baffles.
IMPORTANT: For coated wire cables, the outer jacket must be cleanly stripped before swaging. The terminal must be swaged directly onto the bare steel wire rope, never over the coating.
