This light-duty swage eyelet terminal is made from mild steel with a silver-zinc coating, offering dependable corrosion resistance for indoor applications. It is designed for light-duty cable assemblies such as retaining wires, tethers, lanyards, and pull cables.
Available in multiple size variants to suit 2 mm and 3 mm diameter steel wire cables. Installation requires a hydraulic press or heavy-duty manual swaging tool to crimp the sleeve around the wire, forming a permanent, non-reusable joint that ensures a tamper-proof termination.
Safe working load ranges from 125kg to 240kg, depending on core wire material and construction. When properly crimped, this eyelet terminal delivers consistent, long-term performance across commercial, residential, and light-industrial environments worldwide.
IMPORTANT: For coated wire cables, the outer jacket must be cleanly stripped before swaging. The terminal must be swaged directly onto the bare steel wire rope, never over the coating.
