Manufactured from high-tensile carbon steel through a one-piece cold-stamping, seamless and free of welded joints. This heavy-duty thimble is designed to protect wire rope loops from crushing, sharp bending, and friction wear against shackles, anchors, or hooks. The deep groove securely cradles the cable, reducing stress concentrations and extending rope service life.
Available in standard sizes to accommodate rope diameters from 3 mm to 30 mm, with all dimensions strictly conforming to DIN 6899 Type B. Standard finish is electro-galvanized for general-purpose applications; hot-dip galvanized can also be supplied upon request to suit more demanding or marine environments.
