This wire rope sling has a thimble eye at each end, with hydraulically swaged ferrules of seamless aluminum or copper, formed under controlled pressure and dwell time, following standard production procedures to ensure consistent compaction, superior load transfer, and termination efficiency of ≥90%. Every batch is subject to destructive proof-load testing in our in-house laboratory, with test reports available for full traceability.
Fully customizable to your application. Choose from galvanized, bright, or stainless steel wire rope, with aluminum or copper ferrules. Thimble options include DIN 6899 A/B, G411, G414, JIS, and 304/316 stainless steel. Rope diameter, length, and wire construction are also available on request.
Ideal for lifting, rigging, and industrial hoisting applications across shipbuilding, construction, mining, offshore platforms, and general engineering. Galvanized rope with aluminum ferrules suits standard environments, while stainless steel rope with copper ferrules is recommended for corrosive conditions such as marine, chemical, and food-processing facilities.

Frequently Asked Questions
304 is suitable for dry or indoor environments and general-purpose uses; 316 contains molybdenum (Mo) and offers superior protection against harsh chemicals such as salt water, acid rain, and alkaline well water, making it the choice for marine, coastal, medical, and food applications.
For the same diameter and construction, a general purpose wire rope (typically 1670 MPa) has higher breaking strength than a 304 or 316 stainless steel wire rope, which typically 1570 MPa.
