This stainless steel wire rope assembly combines a zinc die‑cast ball end terminal on one side with a clean, fused bare end on the other. It is commonly specified for mechanical control cables, brake actuation systems, and suspension or tensioning applications.

During manufacturing, molten zinc is injected into the mold under high pressure, flowing around and penetrating each individual wire strand. This creates a permanent, homogeneous bond that provides substantially higher pull‑off resistance than mechanically crimped terminations.

The bare end is left unfinished to enable on‑site termination using standard mechanical clamps or self‑locking grippers. This design makes the assembly well suited for suspended LED lighting, acoustic ceiling clouds, and gallery art displays, where secure anchoring and a clean visual appearance are equally important.
