Authorized distributors: If you are an authorized distributor and need permission to use our content, trademarks, images or test reports, please contact your dedicated account manager. They will handle your request directly.

Products and Orders

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly, and tolerances will be confirmed in the order confirmation or contract.

Prices are subject to change due to raw material market fluctuations. Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

An order is only confirmed when we send you a written order confirmation or Proforma Invoice (PI) and receive payment in accordance with the agreed terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of stock shortage, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

We may limit quantities per customer or per order. MOQ may apply for customized products.

Payment

We accept payment by T/T (bank wire transfer). Other methods may be accepted upon agreement.

Standard terms: Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment unless otherwise agreed in the order confirmation. Bank charges outside our account are the buyer's responsibility.

For large or customized orders, we may require a higher deposit. Specific terms will be confirmed in the order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay shipment if payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you according to the agreed Incoterms (e.g. FOB, CIF, EXW). Please confirm the applicable Incoterms before ordering.

Under the agreed Incoterms, you are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and any local taxes, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the critical safety nature of rigging and lifting products, all sales are final once the goods leave our warehouse. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any reason not caused by us.

Returns are not accepted unless the goods are defective, damaged in transit, or do not match the agreed specifications.

Custom-made, specially ordered, or customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or differ from the agreed specifications.

Any product returned to us, for any reason, will be collected and destroyed. We do not resell returned goods or return them to stock.

We recommend inspecting all goods upon delivery and contacting us immediately if you find any issue. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Warranty and Liability

Our products undergo spot testing before shipment, with samples taken from each batch to verify quality and safety. Proof load testing on specific units can be arranged upon request. Please notify us in advance, and we will confirm the arrangement in writing before shipment.

If you believe a product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, test results, and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and response. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, a repair, a refund, or another appropriate solution.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, or modifications by you or a third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or damage to other property.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, war, government actions, customs delays, strikes, and transportation disruptions.
